Instead follow the 6 steps below by copying & pasting the “PROMPT:” directly into ChatGPT.

1- START BY TELLING IT WHAT COACH PERSONA YOU’D LIKE IT TO TAKE ON:

PROMPT: I’d like you to act and respond as my Expert Job Interview Coach.  I’m going to provide you with information in the form of my resume, my LinkedIn profile, as well as job descriptions for the jobs that I’m interested in. I’d then like your help coaching me to be prepared for my upcoming job interview.  More than just telling me about what questions I might get asked, I also want you to show me what kind of research to do on the industry, company, customers, and current employees… what kind of questions I should ask, and what types of ideas or suggestions that I should have prepared so that I blow their minds.  Are you ready?

2- THEN TELL IT ABOUT YOURSELF:

3- THEN TELL IT ABOUT THE JOBS YOU ARE INTERESTED IN:

STEP 4- FEED IT THE RESUMES OR LINKEDIN PROFILES OF PEOPLE CURRENTLY DOING THE JOB:

PROMPT: Here is the resume(s) of people currently doing this job for the company I'm interviewing at: [COPY & PASTE RESUMES HERE]

STEP 5- NOW ASK YOUR COACH HOW IT CAN HELP YOU:

PROMPT: Please provide me with a list of the top 5 ways that you can help me prepare for my upcoming job interview.  With each assistance option… please tell me what you’ll need to know to personalize your responses and give me a ChatGPT prompt to use to get back the best advice & assistance.
