The successful candidate has extensive knowledge of local flora and fauna species in the Turks and Caicos Islands and has documented research experience and degree in an area of environmental sciences. The role requires blending scientific expertise with a passion for outdoor adventure to create immersive experiences that promotes ecological awareness and appreciation for each excursion. These responsibilities may include, but are not limited to including birding, hiking, mountain biking, and other ecological tours. Valid TCI Drivers License and experience kayaking, boating, and snorkeling to access and teach about different ecosystems is required. Additionally, role requires commitment to an exceptional guest experience, attention to detail, enthusiasm, professionalism, and a passion for conservation.
