Performance bonus:

Eligible for a restaurant performance bonus paid every period.

What you’ll do:

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to build a positive, high-performing restaurant
• Deliver a great guest experience and resolve issues quickly
• Help oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and company policy compliance
• Maintain brand standards for food quality, preparation, safety, and cleanliness
• Manage labor and food costs with a focus on restaurant performance and profitability
• Anticipate challenges, solve problems, and help keep every shift running smoothly

What you bring:

• At least 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit & loss responsibility; quick-service experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment

Compensation

Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law and will be discussed during the hiring process. The expected starting compensation ranges for new hires in this position is $62353.20 per year - $70000.00 per year.
