Join the best team and make a difference!
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of youth? As a Behavioral Coach, you will play a vital role in helping young people build skills, confidence, and resilience while providing a safe, supportive, and structured environment. Working as part of a dedicated youth-care team, you will provide supervision, guidance, behavior coaching, life-skills instruction, and positive role modeling to residents.
Behavioral Coaches partner with youth to support their individualized service plans, encourage personal growth, and help them achieve success socially, emotionally, academically, and physically. Through meaningful relationships and consistent support, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact during a critical time in a young person's life.
This is an exciting time to join our team! We are preparing to move into a beautiful new youth shelter designed to provide a welcoming, modern, and therapeutic environment for both youth and staff. Our new facility reflects our commitment to creating a positive space where young people can heal, grow, and thrive and where staff can enjoy a supportive and inspiring workplace.
