Rich’s®—Infinite Possibilities. One Family.   PURPOSE STATEMENT The Production Coordinator will work closely with the Production Group Leader, performing both administrative and hands-on tasks. The role involves approximately 70% time on the production line and 30% administrative duties, including scheduling, reporting, and staff coordination.  KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND OUTCOMES * Support daily production schedules by assisting with associate placement and task coordination to meet production orders * Spend significant time on the production floor monitoring workflow, safety, and quality expectations * Maintain compliance with GMP, food safety, and plant safety standards * Assist with preparing, organizing, and submitting production, safety, and performance reports * Support documentation accuracy and completion of required paperwork * Communicate production issues, delays, or safety concerns promptly to minimize disruptions * Assist in training, coaching, and motivating associates to support productivity and engagement * Rotate breaks and lunches for associates to maintain line performance.
