Under the direction of the Trim Supervisor your tasks may include, but are not limited to: reviewing documentation; removing flash from parts by operating pneumatic and hand tools including air chisel, air sander, air file, hand files, air drill, mallet, and belt sander; attending department meetings; completing required documentation; and maintaining a safe, clean work area. At Brunswick, we have passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver.  Essential Functions: * Perform complete finishing operations on many different parts using a variety of hand and power tools as necessary. * Carefully position parts against sanding wheel to improve casting surface as required. * Perform trim press operations. * Perform inspection common to the classification at required intervals. * Arrange for periodic quality checks by support personnel such as in-process layout. * Perform minor preventive maintenance inherent to the classification and equipment. * Clean and organize work area and equipment at close of shift and at other times as required. * Observe all safety rules and follow at all times what is known to be safe practice.
