Please review below to see if this might be the right opportunity for you:   PERKS AT WORK * Great team culture that works together to get the job done * Eligible for benefits in 30 days or less, including 401(k) with company match * Employee Discounts - computers, vehicles, amusement park tickets, gym memberships, and more!   ABOUT THE JOB * At our Galesburg plant, we specialize in the careful production of rubber, ensuring high-quality results with every step. * Our process begins with raw materials, which are mixed, heated, and cooled for mill production. * As a Production Operator, you will spend most of your day working collaboratively with others, lifting, measuring, mixing, and thoughtfully monitoring machinery and gauges to ensure smooth operation * Shifts available:   * 1st: Monday - Friday 7am-3pm * 2nd: Monday - Friday 3pm-11pm * 3rd: Monday - Friday 11pm-7am REQUIREMENTS AND PREFERRED SKILLS ABOUT YOU * Must be able to perform physical tasks, lifting up to 50 lbs. * Must be able to work 40 hours per week, plus overtime, with reliable and consistent attendance * Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards    * Must have good communication skills, with the ability to carry out written and verbal instruction * Basic reading, math, computer, and measurement skills required * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without sponsorship  WHY GATES?
