Instructors will deliver quality snowboard instruction to groups and individuals, providing world-class guest service in a safe and fun environment.     Job Specifications:  * Starting Wage: $20/hr  * Pay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may have opportunities to earn more with additional teaching incentives * Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027  * Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available * Minimum Age: At least 16 years of age  * Housing Availability: Yes       Job Responsibilities:  * Teach group and private lessons   * Work with guests of all ages, with a focus on children   * Deliver world-class guest service   * Create a safe and fun learning environment   * Support all needs of the snow sports school: inclusive of scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, fitting equipment      * Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong snowboarders * Other duties as assigned     Job Requirements:  * Must be comfortable and competent snowboarding on groomed blue terrain  * Must be willing to work with guests of all ages and have a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older   * Must be able to communicate fluently in English    * Strong communication skills   * Must be willing to work weekends/Holidays   * Must be comfortable being in snowboard boots for extended period of time    The expected pay range is $20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
