We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, leads by example, and can keep a team moving in the right direction. * You take pride in serving your team, your customers, and your community * You’re comfortable handling both field work and the operational side of the business * You can assist with routing, scheduling, and stepping in when needed to keep things moving * You handle staffing challenges head-on and work to build and retain a strong team * You see customer concerns as opportunities to build trust and deliver great service * You communicate clearly and get the job done without cutting corners Your Responsibilities as a Landscaping Maintenance Team Lead Manage the Field * You are the boots on the ground—walking job sites, ensuring quality, and maintaining equipment standards * Keep crews organized, on schedule, and operating efficiently * Assist with routing, job planning, and daily execution * Support your team by solving problems, providing direction, and ensuring proper training * Ensure all work is completed to standard and that the team is set up for the next day How We Measure Success * Attendance & Reliability: You set the standard for the team * Efficiency (Budget vs. Actual Hours): Jobs are completed within expected timeframes * Quality (Low Return Rates): Work is done right the first time * Crew Retention: You help build a strong, accountable team environment * Customer Retention: You help maintain strong client relationships through consistent service * Systems & Processes: You follow and reinforce company workflows Job Requirements * Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, or a related service industry (required) * Experience leading a crew or stepping into a leadership role in the field * Ability to operate and maintain equipment (mowers, trimmers, etc.) * Willingness to complete any required certifications or licenses within 6 months * Clean driving record and experience towing a trailer Pay & Opportunity * $18.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience * Opportunity for growth as the company continues to expand
