Pay & Compensation * $19.30 per hour base pay * + 20% commission on services * Tips from satisfied customers * Upon completion of a 3-5 week training period, lead technicians will be eligible to earn tips and commissions. Most Technicians earn between $19.30 per hour - $25 per hour per hour.
