Our Residential Floor Technicians are responsible for maintaining and cleaning floors in residential settings, while providing customer satisfaction. You will use specialized equipment to remove stains, dirt, and allergens on various surfaces like carpet, tile, grout, LVT and upholstery. We value hard work, therefore, upon completion of training, you are eligible for commission on additional sales/services on top of base pay.  We believe in rewarding hard work. Your pay is structured as a $16.60/hour guaranteed base rate + an uncapped 20% commission on additional sales/services + tips. Here is what that actually looks like for our team: * During Training (First 35 Days): $17.05/hr. flat rate + tips. * Average Tech (First Year): $20.00 to $25.00/hr. (Base + Commission + Tips). * Our Top Earners: $26- $30+ per hour (Base + High Commission + Tips). The commission is completely uncapped. If you are great with people and driven to succeed, your income potential here is entirely in your hands. $600 per week - $1300 per week plus tips Qualifications: * Flexibility to work Saturdays and overtime * Experience using hand tools. Power tools preferred, but will train * Attention to detail and the ability to work safely and efficiently * Related experience and/or training in sales and working with the public, or equivalent combination experience preferred * Valid, US driver's license. Clean, not necessarily perfect driving record * Able to move/lift/push/pull/carry an average of 50lbs.
