Practice Highlights: * Services include but are not limited to patient assessment and preoperative care, intraoperative support, postoperative care, and more. * Practice model: Two Physicians, Two Advanced Practice Clinicians, Registered Nurses, and Certified Medical Assistants.  * 4-day work week. * Excellent office and support staff. * Procedures performed with CRNA support. * Ample opportunities for skill development, practice autonomy, and interdisciplinary communications and decision making. * Local Administration and Board of Commissioners.  Compensation Highlights: * Three-year guaranteed salary plus incentive compensation based on productivity. * Compensation based on MGMA and determined by skills and experience. * Medical, dental, and vision insurance covered 100% for provider. * 403(b) match and qualified 457 retirement plans. * Annual CME allowance plus 40 Hours CME paid time off per year. * Generous PTO allowance.
