Bar Lead acts as the bridge between management and bar staff. Oversees the daily service operations. Key responsibilities include creating managing inventory, and ensuring a safe, efficient bar environment.  Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Provide high-quality, efficient beverage service while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests. * Act as the floor leader during peak hours, ensuring stations are properly prepped, stocked, and cleaned. * Monitor inventory levels, track product usage, and assist in placing orders. * Enforce responsible beverage service (RBS) protocols. * Ensure strict compliance with local health codes, safety regulations, and hygiene standards. * Ensures compliance of company policies, procedures and practices * Oversees the productivity, breaks and daily scheduling; communicates performance issues to management. * Maintains front-end supplies. * Helps provide guest service, floor moves, housekeeping, display maintenance and merchandise replenishment as needed. * Performs other duties as assigned.
