Duties/Responsibilities * Act as a visual deterrent to prevent theft, embezzlement, sabotage, fire, and accidents. * Conduct regular patrols. * Monitor activities. * Surveillance. * Access control. * Safety escorts. * Using provided communication devices. * Represent SSNW’s brand. * Properly wear the issued uniform. * Complete Daily Activity Reports (DAR). * Complete Incident Reports. * Work with local law enforcement, and emergency services. * Provide friendly assistance to customers, employees, and visitors following the department's procedures. * Other duties as described in the Post Orders. Required Skills/Abilities * This is a FLEX / ON-CALL POSITION * MUST have active guard license in Nevada * Must have Graveyard/ Weekend availability  * Must have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle * Must have a clean criminal record and driving record * Access to a smartphone with access to the apps we use for scheduling, clocking in/out, and reporting. * Reliable transportation, (must own your own car.) * Honesty and integrity. * Able to work non-traditional hours including swings, graveyard, weekends, and holidays. * Ability to react appropriately in high-stress situations. Education and Experience * High school diploma or equivalent. * Prior public safety and/or military experience preferred. * Knowledge of security protocols and equipment.
