You’ll: • Provide exceptional men’s grooming services behind the chair • Lead, motivate, and support your team • Help coach team members toward their individual goals • Deliver an outstanding guest experience • Help maintain high standards for cleanliness, professionalism, and service • Support scheduling, daily operations, and salon performance • Encourage rebooking, client retention, and retail growth • Help create a positive, professional, and team-focused culture WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR We’re looking for someone who: • Has barbering or cosmetology experience • Holds a current Tennessee Barber or Cosmetology License • Has strong communication and leadership skills • Enjoys working with and developing a team • Understands the importance of excellent customer service • Is dependable, professional, and motivated • Wants to continue growing both professionally and financially Previous management experience is preferred, but we’re also interested in experienced professionals who are ready to take the next step into leadership.
