HR Manager
Arlington, Texas
Full time |

The HR Manager will play a key role in the launch and ongoing operation of a new manufacturing facility. This position will help establish the site’s workforce, HR infrastructure, and employee practices while supporting the day-to-day HR needs of a growing manufacturing operation.

This role will support the launch of a new U.S.-based manufacturing site. During the initial onboarding and ramp-up period, the selected candidate will be expected to travel to Illinois for training, stakeholder relationship-building, and alignment with the broader HR and business teams. Travel is currently anticipated at approximately 40% during the initial phase, with flexibility in how visits are scheduled based on business needs. Travel expectations may decrease as project approvals progress and the new site becomes operational.

The ideal candidate brings strong HR generalist and manager-level experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with hands-on exposure to production-floor operations and close partnership with operational leaders. Experience supporting a new site launch is valuable but not required; the ability to build structure and support a growing operation is essential.
