Must be able to:  Walking:                3-7 hours/day  Lifting:                   Over 50 lbs good body mechanics or 25-50 lbs improper mechanics  Twisting:                Moderate:  121-480 twists/day (480 based upon 1 twist per minute)  Bending:                Moderate bending:  121-480 bends/day (480 based on 1 bend/minute)  Squat/Kneel:          3-7 hours/day  Endurance:             Heavy energy requirements (7-9 mets)  Assist with snow removal on the property as assigned
