As a Shift Lead, you will: * Lead and support Crew Members during shifts to ensure smooth and efficient operations * Provide coaching, direction, and real-time feedback to team members * Deliver excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally * Ensure product quality, accuracy, and presentation meet company standards * Monitor and enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness requirements * Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reporting * Delegate tasks effectively to maintain productivity during peak business periods * Support training and onboarding of new team members * Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment * Step into Crew Member responsibilities as needed, including food preparation and guest service   Preferred Qualifications * Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred * Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities * Dependable, accountable, and team-oriented * Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays   Compensation Pay Range: $11 per hour – $15 per hour Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, location, and business needs.
