Supportive Housing Custodian
Tenant Services
At Father Joe's Villages, supportive housing is more than providing a place to live - it's about helping people build stability, maintain their independence, and thrive. Many residents face health conditions, behavioral health challenges, disabilities, or other barriers that make maintaining a safe and healthy living environment difficult. Our Supportive Housing Custodians do more than provide cleaning services - they work alongside residents, helping them develop housekeeping routines, strengthen independent living skills, and create living environments that support long-term housing stability.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role means building trusting relationships with residents, helping them maintain safe and healthy living spaces, identifying concerns before they become larger issues, and collaborating with housing and case management teams to support successful tenancy. Every day, you'll contribute to safer communities, improved quality of life, and long-term housing stability.
