WHAT YOU'LL DO * Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans. * Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions. * Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate. * Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention. * Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation. * Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate high-quality patient care. * Ensure compliance with all professional, ethical, and regulatory standards. QUALIFICATIONS * Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. * Candidates licensed prior to 2003 with a qualifying Physical Therapy degree will also be considered. * Current or eligible New Jersey Physical Therapist license required. * Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Orthopedic outpatient experience preferred; motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
