Molly Maid of Plano, Rockwall & Rowlett is looking for an outstanding Bilingual Field Operations Manager (English/Spanish) to join our growing management team. This is a hands-on management position responsible for helping lead and develop our field workforce, ensuring our teams are properly staffed, supported and performing to the high standards our customers expect. Compensation & Benefits Target annual compensation: approximately $58,000. High performers can earn approximately $63,000-$68,000 annually by exceeding established performance targets. Compensation includes a guaranteed base of $18 per hour plus a substantial performance incentive, based on clearly defined and measurable performance targets. You will work closely with our Operations Manager and Team Leaders, with responsibility for areas including: ·        Field employee and team performance ·        Quality and customer service ·        Coaching, development and employee accountability ·        Recruiting, hiring and training ·        Staffing and employee retention ·        Resolving day-to-day employee and operational issues This is a people-management and operations role, not simply a recruiting position. We're Looking For Someone Who: ·        Speaks fluent English and Spanish ·        Has at least 5 years of experience directly supervising or managing frontline employees and teams ·        Has genuine hands-on people-management experience - not simply recruiting, staffing or HR administration ·        Is confident coaching people, managing performance and holding employees accountable ·        Has strong communication and problem-solving skills ·        Is confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word, and comfortable working with data and spreadsheets ·        Is organized, dependable and comfortable in a fast-moving environment ·        Enjoys developing people and building successful teams Experience in cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, restaurants, retail, home services or another frontline service environment is helpful, but not essential.
