This is a clinic-based role where you’ll function as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community-focused setting serving senior populations. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Perform comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments * Diagnose and manage common ocular conditions within your scope of practice * Prescribe corrective lenses and provide appropriate treatment recommendations * Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team * Deliver patient-centered care in a structured outpatient setting WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT This is not a high-volume retail model.
