JOIN OUR FOOD AND BEVERAGE TEAM T&W's Flea Market is looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable Concessions & Beer Service Team Members. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent service, and staying active in a lively market environment. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Greet guests, take orders, and provide friendly customer service. * Prepare and serve food, desserts, alcoholic beverages, and non-alcoholic drinks based on assigned location. * Verify identification and follow all responsible alcohol-service requirements. * Operate the point-of-sale system and process payments accurately. * Count money, provide correct change, and maintain cash-drawer accountability. * Restock food, beverages, condiments, ice, utensils, and other supplies. * Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked service areas. * Follow all food safety, sanitation, alcohol-service, and equipment procedures. * Complete opening and closing duties. * Assist in other Food and Beverage areas as needed. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Must be at least 21 years old. * Previous concessions, food service, cashier, bartending, or hospitality experience is preferred. * Strong customer service, communication, and basic math skills. * Dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Bilingual English and Spanish skills are a plus. * TABC Seller-Server and Food Handler certifications, or the ability to obtain them within the required timeframe. * Weekend, holiday, and special-event availability required. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. * Ability to bend, reach, crouch, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks. * Ability to safely lift and move supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. * Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures.
