We're looking for someone high-energy and motivated to join our team as an Assistant Manager. In this key role, you’ll work alongside the General Manager to support the daily execution of store procedures, ensure a clean and efficient work environment, and help drive a culture of excellence. You’ll lead by example, hold the team to high standards, and maintain a positive, high-energy attitude every step of the way. Key Responsibilities: * Support store operations, staffing, and shift management * Ensure all team members are performing duties accurately and efficiently * Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and operational standards * Uphold company systems and procedures with 100% integrity * Foster a positive, customer-first atmosphere Requirements: * Must be at least 18 years old * Ability to work a 40-hour week * Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat) * Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment * Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize independently * Open to giving and receiving feedback to improve team performance * Capable of standing for long periods and performing physical tasks (bending, stooping) * Willing to learn and make fast, accurate sandwiches * Willing to complete a 1-week certification program following in-store training Compensation & Benefits: * Salary: $35,000–$45,000+ annually (based on overtime and performance-based bonuses) * Health Insurance for eligible employees * Paid Time Off (PTO) eligibility after certification If you're ready to grow your leadership skills in a fast-paced, team-focused environment, apply today and start your journey with Jimmy John’s!
