A Clinical Pharmacist -SRT contributes to AHF by being assigned to more than one location, based on scheduling/geographical needs. Expanding primary functions of pharmacist such as providing individualized health promotion & disease prevention, including vaccine, long-acting HIV medicine administration, Diabetes monitoring, Nicotine reduction programs and other subject matters, in collaboration with other AHF Providers.   A Clinical Pharmacist - SRT enhances the reputation of AHF by improving the outcomes of AHF patients, enhancing current AHF services, expanding opportunities for professional growth and satisfaction, and assisting with ongoing development of the AHF Healthcare System.   You will be a passionate advocate to our top initiatives.   To be successful as a Clinicial Pharmacist - SRT it s crucial to ensure that the AHF Core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all you do.
