🪥 What You’ll Do

As a Dental Hygienist, you’ll help our patients keep their smiles healthy and happy by:

• Providing thorough routine cleanings and preventive care

• Performing patient assessments and sharing oral-health recommendations

• Educating patients on maintaining healthy smiles between visits

• Building positive relationships and creating a comfortable patient experience

• Collaborating with a friendly, team-focused group of dental professionals

• Using modern dental technology to deliver exceptional care

💰 The Perks

Status: Part-Time

Competitive Pay: 💵 $50–$55/hour + 33% production bonus + annual merit increase up to 3%

Sign-On Bonus: 🎉 $5,000

Responsibilities

• Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health Assessments  
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care 
• Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays 
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols 

Qualifications

 

• Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene 
• License: Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) 
• Certifications: Local anesthesia certification and CPR/First Aid (if applicable 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort0
