Lead Rehab Tech | Wildwood West - Grand Rapids | Full time 2nd Shift (40 hours) Make a real impact—help someone build independence while building a career, you’re proud of. As a Lead Rehabilitation Technician, you'll support individuals recovering from traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries while providing leadership to a team of Rehabilitation Technicians. You'll balance hands-on client care with coaching, training, scheduling, and ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centered services. What You'll Do * Provides leadership, coaching, and oversight for Rehab Tech I, II, and II staff * Participates in the on-call rotation * Attend to administrative needs and coordinate with medical providers * Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications * Support community outings, transportation, and activities * Build positive relationships and encourage independence * Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment What We're Looking For * Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented * Strong communication and ability to build trust * Adaptable, patient, and resilient * Person-centered mindset with respect for individual differences What You Bring Required: * Two-year degree from an accredited college or university.
