Job Title: FWS PYCE Assistant Number of Positions: 4 Department: Promising Youth Center for Excellence Job Location: Lower Level Bell Gym  Supervisor/Timekeeper: David Fowler Jr Supervisor Contact: 502.597.6868 Hours per Week (Max 20): 20   Duties and Responsibilities: * Support supervision of program participants, especially those assigned to you. * Help ensure a safe, welcoming, and inclusive program environment. * Assist with transitions, timely arrival/departure to activities, and general group movement. * Support implementation of the Code of Conduct and Conflict Resolution Plan. * Help with minor behavior management under staff direction. * Assist with training sessions, workshops, and enrichment activities led by staff or guest presenters. * Help distribute materials, set up program spaces, and clean up after activities. * Complete required documentation (daily logs, incident reports, rosters, youth check-ins, etc.). * Assist with organizing supplies, filing, copying, data entry, and other office tasks as assigned. * Maintain clear, timely communication with department staff. * Protect the confidentiality of all youth, families, and program matters at all times.
