What You Will Do: * Support senior researchers with sample preparation, laboratory or field testing, and overall project execution. * Conduct chemical product development and qualification testing using established protocols for a variety of laboratory techniques. * Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring accurate and reliable results. * Communicate effectively with team members to support efficient lab operations. * Maintain a strong focus on safety and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. * Manage multiple technical requests in a fast-paced environment. Pre-Employment Requirements: * Background * Drug Screen * Physical Position Details: * 12506 W Hwy 80 E, Odessa, TX 79765 * Work schedule: Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm Physical Demands: * Role is deemed safety-sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug testing Minimum Qualifications: * B.S. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field. * 1 year of laboratory experience (academic or internship-based). * Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, team-oriented mindset. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. * Sponsorship is not available for this role. Preferred Qualifications: * M.S. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field. * 2 years of laboratory experience (academic or internship-based).
