Advantage Point Group, Inc. is looking to add an Owners Representative with Mechanical experience for a position at an industrial plant in Knoxville, IA to monitor construction on capital and plant maintenance projects. Responsibilities  As an Owners Rep you are liaison between engineering & construction contractors, overseeing contractors on site to ensure they are performing tasks safely and compliant with the contract. You will oversee contractors performing work in accordance with the guidelines and specifications of the owner and oversee permitting procedures. You will NOT be performing the maintenance and physical labor.
