WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT * Schedule: Monday - Friday | Day Shift | Occasional Weekend * Process cellular therapy products and patient samples in accordance with established SOPs and regulatory requirements. * Perform laboratory procedures with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to quality standards. * Operate and troubleshoot laboratory analyzers and equipment used in product processing and testing. * Perform required quality control (QC), instrument verifications, maintenance, and routine performance checks. * Accurately document all processing activities, test results, maintenance, and QC records using Good Documentation Practices (GDP). * Maintain chain of identity and chain of custody for cellular therapy products and related samples. * Identify supply needs and communicate inventory concerns to ensure uninterrupted laboratory operations. * Adhere to laboratory safety procedures, infection control practices, and hazardous material handling requirements. * Participate in competency assessments and continuing education.
