Practice Great Medicine With a Flexible Schedule That Fits Your Life

Animal Health Center of Scottsbluff, a CareVet partner, is looking for a compassionate part-time associate veterinarian to join our thriving small animal practice working 18-20 hour per week. If you want to practice meaningful medicine without giving up your life outside the clinic, this is the role for you.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • True part-time flexibility — averaging 18–20 hours a week, built around work-life balance
  • A team that collaborates for real — experienced doctors, skilled technicians, and support staff who work as one
  • Competitive base salary plus production and a generous signing bonus
  • Room to grow with CE and professional development support

The Opportunity

This is a great match for a veterinarian who wants to be part of a tight, collaborative team while keeping control of their schedule. You'll have the time and support to build genuine client relationships and practice thoughtful, high-quality medicine — not run on a treadmill.

About the Hospital

Animal Health Center is a thriving two-doctor small animal practice with a strong support team, offering full-coverage, high-quality care for pets. A pillar of the community since 1993, we operate out of a large, stand-alone facility that also offers boarding and grooming services.

Just a three-hour drive from Denver, Scottsbluff offers the best of small-town living — affordable homes, plenty of parks, and a casual, welcoming suburban feel. It's a community of both young professionals and families, and an easy place to put down roots.

Why You Will Love Working With Us

  • Competitive base salary plus production
  • No negative accrual
  • Generous signing bonus
  • Paid time off (PTO)
  • 401(k) with employer match
