The Role: The People Team (HR) Intern will provide solutions-driven support to the People Team. This individual will gain a unique opportunity to see how HR strategy and academic theory translate into day-to-day practice in both manufacturing and office environments, building the skills and judgment needed for a successful career in HR. The iA Intern Program is a 10-week summer internship, running from, Tuesday June 1, 2027 to Friday August 6, 2027. What you'll do:  * Partner with HRBP to support day-to-day people operations across Manufacturing, R&D, and Product teams * Assist with employee engagement efforts * Maintain a working understanding of HR policies, programs, plans, and initiatives * Help establish and refine SOPs and other HR processes in partnership with the People Team and business leaders * Collaborate with People Team members across functions to brainstorm and pilot new programs * Surface trends or issues from the floor and prepare recommendations to the HRBP for process or program improvement * Provide light administrative support as needed Who you are: * Undergraduate student majoring in: Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field * Adaptive and flexible to work on an agile HR team in a fast-paced environment * Comfortable spending time on a manufacturing floor and interfacing directly with employees * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong attention to detail, organization, and a high level of discretion * Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills It would be great if you also have: * Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications * Familiarity with HRIS and ATS tools * Ability to work independently * Solutions driven, curious mindset Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. Employer will not sponsor applicants for work visas. Compensation: The estimated hourly rate range for this position is $18.00 to $26.00 per hour, though a candidate's hourly rate shall be determined on a range of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience.
