You will operate a 26-foot box truck and a tractor pulling up to 53-foot trailers.   What you’ll do on a typical day * Drive trucks and tractor trailers in and around the site or on public roads * Touch freight position using pallet jacks to load and unload pallets and electronic equipment * Drive safely and adhere to all safety policies and practices * Perform routine inspections * Communicate effectively with dispatch   What you’ll need to succeed at GXO   At a minimum you’ll need: * 6 months of Commercial Driver’s License (CDL A) experience operating a tractor pulling 53 foot trailers, in the last 3 years * Must be at least 18 years old * A current valid CDL A driver’s license and a safe driving record It’d be great if you also have: * High school diploma or equivalent * Experience moving multiple types of trailers (tanks, vans, flatbeds)   GXO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
