WHAT YOU'LL DO * Implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision in home, school, and center-based settings * Collect session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours * Maintain fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) * Participate in 7-day and 30-day new-hire check-ins * Communicate professionally with families and supervising BCBAs * Build positive, supportive relationships with clients and families WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * At least 6 months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities * Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification * Experience with ABA data collection and documentation * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Patience, creativity, reliability, and a genuine passion for supporting the Autistic community * Ability to work independently and collaboratively WHAT MAKES SOMEONE STAND OUT? ⭐ You bring compassion, creativity, patience, and consistency to every session.
