- Monitor customer inventory, consumption rates, trailer availability, driver availability, transit times, and facility capacity to maintain reliable CNG supply.

- Forecast CNG demand and transportation requirements based on current consumption, expected operational activity, customer schedules, and available inventory.

- Develop proactive load plans to reduce the risk of fuel shortages or delivery interruptions.

- Prioritize loads and adjust dispatch plans as operating conditions change.

- Ensure adequate driver coverage is available to support forecasted demand.

- Identify driver or transportation shortages early and coordinate additional resources as required.

- Coordinate third-party trucking when internal transportation capacity is insufficient.

- Monitor active loads, driver status, ETAs, delays, and delivery completion.

- Coordinate alternate supply locations or transportation plans during filling facility outages, capacity limitations, weather events, or other operational disruptions.

- Maintain clear communication with drivers, Logistics, Field Operations, facilities, and leadership regarding critical inventories, delays, changes in ETA, and recovery plans.

CNG Facility & Equipment Monitoring

- Monitor CNG filling facilities, Pressure Reduction Systems (PRS), compression equipment, and related operational systems.

- Identify abnormal operating conditions, alarms, equipment issues, or trends that could affect CNG supply or customer operations.

- Escalate equipment and facility issues according to established procedures.

- Coordinate with field personnel and technical resources to support troubleshooting and operational recovery.

- Verify that equipment and facilities have returned to normal operation following an interruption or corrective action.

- Support efforts to maximize facility availability, trailer filling capability, and overall system reliability.

Operational Monitoring & Decision Support

- Maintain real-time awareness of active customer operations, CNG inventory, consumption rates, driver status, facility status, and equipment conditions.

- Identify potential delivery interruptions or operational risks before they impact the customer.

- Develop and communicate recovery plans when supply, transportation, or equipment issues occur.

- Balance multiple competing operational priorities based on customer impact, inventory remaining, consumption rate, delivery ETA, and available resources.

- Escalate critical operational risks in a timely manner.

Reporting, Data & Systems

- Utilize operational platforms, dashboards, spreadsheets, GPS/tracking systems, and other digital tools to support dispatch and operational decisions.

- Maintain accurate information within EOS and other required operational systems.

- Assist with testing and implementation of new digital tools and operational processes.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to forecast operational requirements using consumption trends, inventory levels, transportation capacity, and changing operating conditions.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and external partners.

- Ability to make timely decisions in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

- Comfortable working with operational data, dashboards, spreadsheets, and digital systems.
