As we continue expanding our footprint across the Mid-Atlantic region, we’re looking for a driven and experienced Superintendent to lead our field teams and deliver high-quality, complex civil projects. Job Summary The Superintendent oversees field operations across multiple crews performing heavy civil construction, primarily underground wet utilities including water, sewer, and storm drain systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, boots-on-the-ground environment and serves as the critical link between project plans and field execution, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard of quality. Flexible scheduling is required, including overtime, nights, weekends, and varying hours based on project needs and weather conditions.
