The Arc Erie County New York is seeking a motivated Coordinator of Business Development to grow community partnerships, expand business opportunities, and help create meaningful employment opportunities for people with disabilities.

What You’ll Do

• Develop relationships with businesses, municipalities, schools, healthcare organizations, nonprofits, and community partners
• Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
• Expand janitorial, landscaping, group employment, and other workforce services
• Conduct outreach, presentations, meetings, and site visits with prospective partners
• Represent the agency at networking events, business associations, and community events
• Research new markets, contracts, RFPs, and partnership opportunities
• Track leads, proposals, partnerships, contracts, and results

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Marketing, Vocational Rehabilitation, Special Education, or a related field
• Relevant professional or management-level experience
• Marketing and/or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication, networking, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Valid NYS Driver’s License, approved driving record, and reliable vehicle
