$55–$60/hour | PRN

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a PRN opportunity at New London Rehab & Care of Waterford. This flexible position is ideal for a therapist who enjoys providing individualized rehabilitation and helping residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function.

What You'll Do

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
• Provide skilled treatment addressing strength, gait, balance, transfers, endurance, and mobility
• Establish functional rehabilitation goals and monitor resident progress
• Adjust treatment approaches based on clinical findings and response to therapy
• Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and safe mobility strategies
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with PTAs and other members of the interdisciplinary care team

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut Physical Therapist license required
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Skilled nursing or post-acute rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
• New graduate Physical Therapists are welcome to apply
