We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the rehabilitation team on a PRN basis at Wolfeboro Bay Center. This flexible opportunity is ideal for a COTA who enjoys hands-on care and helping residents improve the skills needed for everyday activities and greater independence.

What You'll Do

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, strengthening, coordination, balance, and functional tasks
• Carry out individualized treatment programs established by the supervising OT
• Observe resident response to therapy and communicate progress to the clinical team
• Reinforce adaptive techniques and strategies that promote safety and independence
• Complete accurate and timely treatment documentation
• Work collaboratively with rehabilitation and interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire COTA license required

• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
