Steel Worker / Utility / Fabricator

Location: Camp Hill, PA
Schedule: Availability for second or third shift, weekends, and holidays as operating conditions require
Education Required: High school diploma or GED
Reports To: Production Supervisor

Position Overview

We are seeking a Steel Worker / Utility / Fabricator to support equipment operation, shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, welding, and fabrication activities.

The selected candidate will work independently and collaboratively while maintaining safe work practices and housekeeping standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with or operate mobile equipment.
• Perform shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment activities.
• Perform MIG welding.
• Operate horizontal saw equipment.
• Follow and uphold safety policies, practices, and procedures.
• Maintain established housekeeping standards.
• Collaborate with the Production Supervisor and team members to meet operational needs.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of basic hand tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work second or third shift, weekends, and holidays as operating conditions require.
• Ability to demonstrate and uphold safe work practices.

Work Environment

• Steel fabrication and material-handling environment.
• Work involving mobile equipment, welding, and saw operation.
• Strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and housekeeping.
