develop the clinical direction of an ABA program, ensuring high-quality, individualized services.</li><li>Oversee and mentor a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and BTs, fostering professional growth and excellence.</li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in ABA therapy.</li><li>Collaborate with Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists to support a multidisciplinary approach.</li><li>Train and onboard new BCBAs while providing ongoing supervision and professional development.</li><li>Monitor and optimize ABA program efficiency, ensuring appropriate services and balanced staff caseloads.</li><li>Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to support continuous staff improvement and retention.</li><li>Educate staff and parents on individualized treatment plans before service initiation.</li><li>Strengthen parent training to enhance engagement and empower families in their child’s care.</li><li>Expand clinic capacity while maintaining high-quality, individualized treatment plans.</li><li>Develop and refine skill acquisition programs and behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles.</li><li>Continuously assess and adjust behavior plans to align with client progress and evolving needs.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation, including supervision notes, progress updates, and behavior data.</li><li>Conduct comprehensive assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS, PEAK) at intake and semi-annually.</li><li>Participate in staff meetings and training workshops to promote best practices and professional growth.</li></ul></div><div><div><h4><strong><span lang="EN-US" xml:lang="EN-US" data-contrast="none">Qualifications</span></strong></h4></div><div><ul><li>Master’s Degree and current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).</li><li>3+ years' experience leading/supervising behavioral programs and clinical staff</li><li>Prior experience with behavioral assessments, support plans, and progress monitoring tools</li><li>Strongly rooted clinical skills in ABA</li><li>Demonstrated ability to drive and manage change in a systematic way, engaging others through the process</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills</li><li>Effective decision-making and problem-solving capabilities</li><li>Strong analytical
