Job Details: Job Location: Legal Address - McCall, ID, Position Type: Winter Seasonal, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Category: Retail & Rental, Job Summary: Brundage Mountain Resort is seeking outgoing, self-motivated individuals who enjoy connecting with people and creating memorable guest experiences. This position can work in two locations: downtown McCall retail location, on the on-mountain retail shop in the Mountain Adventure Center. Cross- training will include learning guest services and rental department tasks.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Welcome guests with a friendly, approachable attitude and offer assistance Provide enthusiastic and professional customer service in person and over the phone Advise customers by sharing detailed information about retail merchandise and resort offerings Answer questions thoroughly, build rapport, and guide guests confidently through the sales process Promote products that align with each customer’s needs and interests Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space Stock shelves, counters, and displays with merchandise Accurately process sales transactions using point-of-sale systems Handle cash responsibly, including end-of-day reconciliation Qualifications: Job Qualifications: Outgoing, friendly personality with a natural ability to engage with guests Strong listening and communication skills Ability to work independently and stay productive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Experience with point-of-sale systems preferred Previous customer service, retail, or cash-handling experience a plus Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Ability to lift 30 lbs or more
