This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).

Role Overview

• Full-time (5 days per week) within Monday - Friday
• No nights or weekends
• Enjoy stability, support, and flexibility with onsite patient care and remote documentation
• Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy
• Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
• Coverage area includes insert up to Cookeville, Crossville, Sparta, and Celine, Tennessee

Compensation and Benefits

• W2 position with full benefits

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Tennessee license as insert LPC or LMFT
• LCSW not considered at this time
• Eligible for independent practice and billing
• Minimum of 6 months experience needed as a psychotherapist
• Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
