Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer proficiency
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to use a computer keyboard and 10-key calculator
• Ability to relate to customers with empathy and professionalism

What You'll Do

• Assist customers with account-related questions and issues by phone
• Support online and mobile banking services
• Assist with bill pay, debit card, and internet banking solutions
• Process account maintenance requests and related transactions
• Perform clerical and administrative duties as needed
