Job Details: Job Location: Station - Medford - Medford, OR, Salary Range: Undisclosed, We're seeking a motivated, self-starter to fill our retail Area Co-Manager position in Medford. Candidate must have convenient store experience to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of their assigned sites/stores as defined below:   Main Duties: Assist with other sites/stores as need and available for vacation, illness, or business needs Create employee schedule for part time and full time staff to maintain store operating hours with appropriate staff Interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, disciplining, and termination of staff Holding staff responsible to follow policies, laws, and brand requirements Complying with all laws, regulations, and policies Manage employee mandatory meal and rest breaks in compliance with Oregon law Daily paperwork and deposits completed in a timely manner Invoice processing Order, stock, and balance daily lottery Inventory management, stocking, and pricing Balance and load ATM Vendor check-in Repair/maintenance calls for store and gas island Assist with daily deli cooking.
