Early Head Start Infant & Toddler Teacher Needed for WCCA Early Head Start Classroom

West Central Community Action is seeking an Infant & Toddler Teacher for our Red Oak, Iowa Early Head Start classroom.

This position will have a direct focus on children 0 to 3 years of age in Red Oak. 

Teachers are responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for each child. This includes lifting, diapering, feeding, washing, and sitting on the floor with all Early Head Start ages. Teachers are responsible for the planning, management, operation and evaluation of the program in their room.

• AA/AS in Early Childhood Education required for position,
• BA/BS preferred, in Early Childhood, with infant/toddler emphasis.
• Current and valid driver's license and current and valid auto liability insurance required
• Child Development Accreditation along with HS Diploma or some college courses may be considered in lieu of completion of Associate's or Bachelor's degree(s).
