Compensation Designed Around Your Impact

Base salary starting at $145,000+, with additional earning potential. 

Whether you prefer the stability of a guaranteed salary or the earning potential of production, we'll work with you to create a compensation package that aligns with your goals. Our compensation model rewards the care and services you provide to patients and clients:

• 22% Professional Services | 10% In-Practice Pharmacy | 5% Online Pharmacy

What We're Looking For

• A US-licensed DVM or equivalent
• An experienced veterinarian interested in leadership or an established Medical Director looking for a new opportunity.
• Confident in surgery and dentistry and passionate about mentoring and developing others. 
• Collaborative, supportive, and comfortable sharing ideas and learning from others
• Forward-thinking, curious and excited by opportunities to improve and innovate
