At Basin Dentistry, we believe great hygiene starts with having the time and support to provide quality care. We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our established Midland team.

With 60-minute hygiene appointments, competitive base pay, and additional bonus opportunities, this is an opportunity to focus on your patients while being rewarded for the work you do. Full-time is preferred, but we’re also open to part-time for the right hygienist.

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, periodontal charting, fluoride treatments, and sealants
• Perform oral health assessments and take digital X-rays as needed
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Review medical histories and accurately document clinical findings
• Collaborate with doctors on treatment planning and continuity of care
• Maintain infection-control and clinical standards
• Help create a comfortable, positive experience for every patient

Qualifications

• Active Texas Dental Hygienist license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical and patient communication skills
• Knowledge of dental practice management software
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
