• Oversee night-shift nursing operations, staffing, patient flow, and clinical support across the facility.
  

• Respond to urgent clinical needs, support nursing staff, and ensure patient safety and policy compliance.
  

House Supervisory Qualifications:

• House Supervisor must have RN license with unrestricted privilege to practice in the state of Montana
  
• Must have 3 or more years of acute care experience 
  
• Previous nurse leadership experience prefferred
